Skipping Hippos clothing can be found in boutiques across the country, as well as in several other countries, and are often at unique craft fairs from Massachusetts to Seattle. Jolie's interest in children's fashion started in college, at the Otis Parson's Institute of Art, where she majored in photography.
Randall Hertzler, Vice President: Randall is the owner of euroSource, LLC, a family business that imports and retails specialty European Toys online. Established in 1999 in Lancaster, PA, euroSource was a professional outlet for a new stay-at-home dad and has grown to include the children who are now teenagers. Randall also is owner of BigWindow LLC which provides information technology services including hosting and web surveys. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Science from the Pennsylvania State University.

Erika Hickey, Secretary:
Erika owns and operates Walking Stick Toys, a toy, clothing and craft supply shop in Missoula, MT. She carries many locally handmade products. Without those products she wouldn't have a store, at least not a store filled with the kinds of things she feels very strongly about being able to provide for parents and children. Erika has been on Missoula's Hip Strip since 2005 and hopes to stay there until she retires ... providing handmade toys, clothing and loved items for Missoulians and online shoppers.
Mary Newell, Treasurer: Mary is the owner of Terrapin Toys, LLC, makers of the nationally-distributed Mary's Softdough, which she established in 1988. She is also the bookkeeper for Terrapin Guitars, LLC, a online custom guitar business owned by her husband. She also has ten years experience in member and information services at Register Guard Federal Credit Union in Springfield, Oregon. Mary has a BS in General Science from the University of Oregon and has completed the SBA's Small Business Management Program.

Adam Frost, Director: Adam Frost is the owner of The Wooden Wagon, a company he founded in 2003 while a stay at home father. The online store specializes in natural wood and cloth toys and products imported from small manufacturers in Europe as well as in America. The Wooden Wagon also offers several wholesale product lines as well as special seasonal decorative items. Since 2008 Adam and his family have lived in rural Massachusetts. Adam has been a member of the HTA since its founding, and holds a BA in English Literature from Colgate University. Lynn Persson, Director:  Lynn owns Terra Experience, a business she started in 1999 to help friends in Guatemala keep their kids in school. Terra Experience’s specialty is hand-woven 18” doll clothes and other fun hand-made things for kids imported from Guatemala.  She strives to support sustainable development, fair trade, local artisans, their communities and environment.  Previously, Lynn worked 32 years in environmental protection, helping businesses reduce regulatory burdens by toxics reduction and pollution prevention. She and her husband Dave enjoy Wisconsin’s natural resources and their annual trips to Guatemala.
Stephanie Stewart, Director: Stephanie is a parent, artist, small business owner, community organizer, and founder of www.armbibs.com. Her paid career has largely focused in the world of non-profit management, with experience at the directorship level for communications and project management. In her un-paid life, she has served on demanding non-profit boards, and founded such community projects as Solarize Portland. She comes to HTA eager to be a part of its evolution. As a board member, she will both protect HTA’s hard-won position as the voice of our sector’s small businesses, and she will seek to expand HTA’s relevance among its members with new services beyond political advocacy.
